Trackify (“the app”, “we”) is a to-do list and calendar app published by AstroApps. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and the choices you have — including how to delete your account and all of your data.

Who this applies to

You can use Trackify with no account at all — in that mode everything stays only on your device and we collect nothing. This policy covers the optional account, which you create if you want your data to sync across devices.

What we collect

Account info — your email address and a password (the password is handled and stored securely by our authentication provider, Supabase; we never see it).
Your content — the to-dos, events, and notes you create, and your progress data (streaks, daily goals, coins, level, and your chosen avatar).
Friends — if you use the optional Friends feature, we store the friend connections you make (by email) so we can show a streak leaderboard between you.

We do not collect location, contacts, photos, device identifiers for advertising, or any browsing/usage tracking.

How we use it

To provide the app: save your tasks and sync them to the devices you sign in on.
To run the optional Friends leaderboard you choose to join.
To keep your account secure (authentication).

What we do NOT do

We do not sell your data. We do not show ads. We do not use analytics or third-party trackers. Your data is used only to make the app work for you.

Where your data is stored

Account data and synced content are stored with Supabase, our database and authentication provider, protected by per-user access rules so that only you can read or change your own data. Data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS.

Deleting your account & data

In the app: open the app while signed in and tap “Delete account” next to your email. This permanently deletes your account and all associated data — tasks, events, progress, avatar, profile, and friend connections. It cannot be undone.

By request: you can also email us at [email protected] and we will delete your account and data. We keep no backups of deleted accounts.

Children

Trackify is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
